Poster, Presentation and Tutorial Submission

Presentation Guidelines

The submission link for OSDX2023 posters and tutorials is open! All posters, tutorials and demos are now being accepted here. We will be contacting presenters with more logistics in the coming days.

Poster presenters are responsible for getting their posters printed. If printing at ORNL please follow the guidelines attached or visit the ORNL Creative Services website on ORNL’s internal homepage. For onsite printing, posters must be submitted by September 18.

The agenda for the event is online. The poster session will be held in the JICS Building 5100 in the Lobby.

Though posters will be displayed in the JICS Lobby, we are planning a poster jam session where participants will present a 2.5-minute lightning talk of their poster, on a slide. The schedule for the poster jam will be posted here.

Call for tutorials: Tutorial submissions are open for the afternoon sessions. This year they will be hosted virtually on Teams and recorded. We invite submissions of 30 minutes to 2 hour length tutorials for any software or data technology relevant to ORNL’s mission. Please provide a brief description in the submission link.

Awards will be given to the best poster and tutorial/demonstration.

*Note: Light snacks will be provided
