Talk: The American Science Cloud: Architecting a Platform for Federated DOE Science

Bio: Dr. Brim is a Senior R&D Staff Member in the Technology Integration group in the National Center for Computational Sciences (NCCS). He has over 20 years of research and development experience in HPC systems, including system administration and monitoring, dynamic instrumentation and analysis of Linux kernels, scalable communication infrastructures based on overlay networks, and novel methods for coordinated operations on groups of distributed files and processes.
